About Us

Off Campus & Commuter Services (OCCS) was established to meet the needs of off campus and commuter students by providing programs and resources to support your experience as a student at West Chester University. Our mission is to advocate for equitable access to curricular and co-curricular experiences and institutional resources, regardless of a student's place of residence.
