A Moment of Magic - Workshop Hour

Our weekly workshop series is designed to provide members with additional opportunities for training, leadership development, skill-building, and community building outside of our regular General Body meetings. These workshops help members become more confident volunteers while fostering friendships and strengthening our chapter community. Activities will include character education, performance preparation, leadership and recruitment training, creative activities, and social events. Workshops are open to all members and are intended to complement our General Body Training.

The schedule below is tentative and subject to change based on chapter needs.

Week 2 – Tuesday, September 1: Recruitment 101
Week 3 – Tuesday, September 8: Interest Meeting
Week 4 – Tuesday, September 15: Speed Friending & Bracelet Making
Week 5 – Tuesday, September 22: Vision Board Making
Week 6 – Tuesday, September 29: Know Your Characters
Week 7 – Tuesday, October 6: Audition & Virtual Visit Workshop
Week 8 – Tuesday, October 20: Chapter Connect (Office Hours, Member Mingling & Audition Help)
Week 9 – Tuesday, October 27: Wig Care & Styling
Week 10 – Tuesday, November 3: Team Challenge Night
Week 11 – Tuesday, November 10: Board Games & Hot Chocolate
Week 12 – Tuesday, November 17: Character Gauntlet Prep (followed by our Character Gauntlet during General Body Training)
