The WCU Competitive Programming Club is proud to announce that team "Byte Me" earned 3rd place at the PACISE coding competition this weekend!
The team (Mary Bauman, Nolan Prochnau, and Ben Crocker) successfully solved 6 problems during the 3 hour contest. In addition to competing, WCU also had the privilege of hosting this year’s event, welcoming teams from across the region for a two day conference.
This competition also marked a special milestone, as it was the final contest for Mary Bauman and Nolan Prochnau. Mary and Nolan competed together as "Byte Me" for several years, and also served as the President and Secretary of the club.
Congratulations to all teams who participated, and thank you to everyone who helped make PACISE 2025 a success!
