Domestic Violence Awareness Month Ribbon Hanging

Did you know that October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month? 

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), an annual campaign to raise awareness of all forms of intimate partner and relationship violence and educate communities on how to prevent it. Join the Center for Women & Gender Equity throughout the month of October as we engage the campus community in advocacy work to end violence in our community and support folks impacted by violence. 

Join the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County, the President's Commission on the Status of Women, and the Center for Women & Gender Equity, as we hang purple ribbons all around campus as a symbol of healing and empowerment for those affected by Domestic Violence.
