The Clothesline Project is a display of t-shirts to raise awareness about the prevalence of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, incest, and abuse.

It provides an opportunity for victims, survivors, and their familes to create a t-shirt to speak out about their experiences in their own words and display that message publicly.

This year, The Center for Women & Gender Equity is moving our Clothesline Project Display to a virtual venue. We will be displaying shirts via social media and offering opportunities for digital designs. Please see attachments for more details.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM), an annual campaign to raise awareness of sexual violence and educate communities on how to prevent it.

Join the Center for Women & Gender Equity throughout the month of April as we engage the campus community in advocacy work to end sexual violence in our community and support survivors. Follow the Center for Women & Gender Equity on social media throughout the month to find more information and events for #SAAM. Contact the cwge@wcupa.edu to find out how your organization can support Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
