Students returning to WCU for the 2026-2027 academic year are invited to join us at the Returning Student Housing Fair! The fair offers the opportunity to explore your housing options including on-campus (WCU Managed and USH Affiliated) and off-campus through off-campus property owners.

Please note that students who will begin their first year at WCU in Fall 2026 will receive email communication on how to access and secure on-campus housing. This event is for students who will be returning to WCU only.
