The Tri-Alpha First-Generation Student Honor Society is excited to announce we will be holding our Spring Induction Ceremony on Tuesday, April 16th at 7 PM in the Sykes Student Union Theater. If you meet the requirements below and would like to be inducted, please complete this form and submit your one-time induction fee of $15 (venmo preferred to our Treasurer, Olivia: @livthomas22 ) no later than Friday, April 5th. More details regarding payment can be found in the interest form.
Eligible students must meet the below requirements:
- Neither of the student's parents, nor step-parents, nor legal guardians, completed a bachelor's degree
- Undergraduate students: earned at least 30 credits towards a baccalaureate degree and hold a overall GPA of 3.2 or higher
- Graduate students: completed the equivalent of at least one term of study (9 or more graduate credits) and have a GPA in their graduate program of at least 3.5.
