Her Campus is an online magazine written by college women about different varieties of topics.
"It is a network of 360+ chapters strong across 11 countries to our impactful campaigns around everything from sex to finance, skincare to career."

What is unique about an organization like Her Campus is that our direct mission is to work every day to empower college women with the tools, passion, confidence, and training they need to succeed.
This would be done through writing, creating content, social media presence, and much more.

It would be giving college women an outlet to speak out in what they believe in and a way to network within the campus.

To be a student section, social media team, and capture sports games in video and pictures. We work closely with the WCU athletic department to elevate our presence on social media and in person at games. We are the backbone of school spirit and pride for the Golden Rams.

Membership Benefits
The Quad is one of the longest-standing organizations on-campus. We have various opportunities for students of all majors and minors to get involved with community journalism and media. We have various paid positions that are on our editorial board (like Senior Editors, Assistant Section Editors, Copy Editors, Online Editors, Graphic Designers etc.). As well as various unpaid opportunities for students who are more engaged like Staff Writers, Quadcasters, Staff Photographers, Digital Journalists, etc. which are all depended on the number articles/podcasts/photographs, etc. they have created in adherence with our bylaws. These students, and our paid staff, receive a free T-shirt as well as the opportunity to get real world experience at a news organization, have their work published, and put both things on their resumes. We also have tons of other unpaid opportunities to get involved, and even are in the process of currently revamping our internships!

Mission
WCU Studios, operating as a student-run organization, shall serve as a means of communication to the student body of West Chester University of Pennsylvania.. The club oversees all Broadcasting Programs within campus, including WCU Weekly News and Events Show, RamCenter Sports, and Golden Hour Entertainment/Comedy. Through the production of visual and educational entertainment, WCU Studios will offer club members an opportunity to experience all aspects of video production, internet video streaming, and television broadcasting.

Membership Benefits
WCU Studios offers members the opportunity to participate in the production of WCU's Weekly student-run broadcast show, "WCU Weekly". Members have the opportunity to create segments for the show on whatever they wish to produce (Campus events, special-interest topics, sports content), assist behind the scenes in the studio, as well as anchor in front of the camera. Additionally, members will get the training and experience needed to begin crafting projects for personal portfolios and present themselves a bit more professionally on television.

Mission
WCUR 91.7 The Curve is an entirely student-run college radio station that proudly broadcasts throughout the West Chester, PA area, as well as online. WCUR began in the 1960s as a closed-circuit AM station that only broadcasted to the dormitories on campus. After many years of hard work (and lots of paperwork), the station was awarded a permit to begin the construction of a new FM station on March 20, 1998 and officially began broadcasting at 91.7 FM on September 1st, 1999.

Membership Benefits
Members are given at least one hour per week to host a live show under their total creative direction, and are trained on how to operate genuine broadcast equipment, with opportunities to learn other professional equipment such as podcasting, editing software, and PA Speaker systems.
