The 7th Annual Global Hispanic Film Festival 2025 - Virtual Edition at WCU is a chance to see award-winning international films and get to know Spanish-speaking regions across Latin America, the Caribbean, the US, Europe, and Africa during Hispanic Heritage Month. Each film will be available in an online screening room for a week, with some in-person events, September 22 to October 27, 2025. The festival is free and open to the public, all films are subtitled in English.

The festival is brought to you by the College of Arts and Humanities and the Department of Languages and Cultures in collaboration with Latin American and Latinx Studies-LALS, Latinx Communities Conference, LASO, and WCUIAA with the support of Pragda, SPAIN arts & culture, and the Secretary of State for Culture of Spain.
