We recently had some turnover in our executive board with our Secretary and Treasurer. In short, the previous members of our board were interested in altering our club for broader appeal to the point that it lost its focus on Russian Culture. I harbor no ill will towards them and wish them well in their other endeavors. Since they resigned, we are looking for others who have taken Russian classes or are native/proficient Russian speakers that are able to fill the positions, if anyone is interested. Because of this, we are also able to change the time and day of the week that we meet. Currently we are on Mondays at four, and the meeting for next week will be at that time. However, I'd love to hear what dates might be more convenient and easy for our members to show up. We also have the Netcost Trip to Philly in the works for sometime in mid-October as well as a New York City trip towards the end of the semester, so we'll keep everybody posted on that!
