Mission
The South Asian Students Association aims to spread South Asian culture and diversity by engaging students in different events and activities throughout campus. We hold many social, cultural, and dancing events throughout the year. These events include the traditions of South Asia, types of foods, and dances which are promoted with the help of its members from diverse backgrounds. Our main goal is to encourage others to enlighten themselves of the different cultures and to also become one, single community. We actively encourage students of all ethnicities to help foster an understanding of the South Asian culture. We are always looking for new faces, and new ideas to make the South Asian Student Association an active, informal, and fun club on campus. So, come join us and invite your friends!
