We’re excited to launch THRIVE, a new monthly newsletter from the Division of Student Affairs designed to support your growth, connection, and engagement as a student affairs professional at West Chester University.

Each month, you’ll find:

  • Upcoming Events/Programs – important dates offering workshops, trainings, and conferences
  • Recognition - highlights celebrating staff achievements and innovative practices across the division
  • Campus Partners Corner – opportunities to collaborate with important campus partners
  • Tools & Resources – articles, guides, and tips to strengthen your skills
  • Connect • Belong • Engage in Action – stories and strategies showing how our work fosters meaningful student experiences

Your growth is essential to helping our students thrive. By investing in our own learning, we create spaces where every Golden Ram can connect, belong, and engage. We’re excited to share this journey with you—and we hope THRIVE becomes your go-to resource for inspiration, learning, and connection.
