Sound bath yoga is a beautiful combination of gentle yoga, restorative/yin yoga poses, and mindfulness. Absorb the healing frequencies of sound bath while practicing yoga. This style of yoga is recommended for those that want to zen out and receive.
About the instructor: Emma Moyer is a RYT-200 yoga teacher and sound healer with a bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with minors in Studio Art/Graphic Design, Contemplative Studies, Geology, and Psychology. She is also certified in Level 1 Usui Reiki and reads tarot and oracle cards. Emma enjoys developing her teaching skills through teaching students, creative self development, expression, and exploration in her yoga practice on and off the mat. Emma enjoys teaching slow flow vinyasa, sound bath yoga, and hatha yoga the most, but also teaches vinyasa and meditation as needed. Emma came to know yoga through battling mental health issues from a young age. In her free time, Emma enjoys exploring nature, traveling, modeling, creating art, doing makeup and fairy hair, singing, and playing her guitar.
