Mission
While broadening knowledge in the field of dietetics, members also take part in the chain of activities connecting food production, processing, distribution, consumption, and waste management. Taking an ecological approach to these ideas of what foods to make while creating foods that are nutritious as well as enjoyable. Those taking part will become knowledgeable in preparing high numbers of nutritious foods while being cost effective.
