About Us
Kickboxing is great for cardio, strength, and self defense! In WCU Kickboxing Club, all skill levels are welcome and no experience is needed. For the Spring 2026 semester, practices for all belt levels are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7pm in Ehinger Gym. Sparring for advanced members only are on Thursdays from 6-7pm in Ehinger Gym. Most practices will be led by our 3rd degree black belt instructor, Paul, as well as some of our advanced student members.
