About Us
Kickboxing is great for cardio, strength, and self defense! In WCU Kickboxing Club, all skill levels are welcome and no experience is needed. For the Fall 2024 semester, we practice on Mondays & Wednesdays from 6-7pm in Ehinger Gym. More advanced members that want to spar one another can meet on Thursdays from 6-7pm in Rec Studio A. Most practices will be led by our 3rd degree black belt instructor, Paul, as well as some of our advanced student members.
