The National Council of Teachers of English is dedicated to participation in discussions, presentations, and forums through which members will be able to actively engage in the development of skills necessary to become successful and effective English teachers at the secondary level.
Members of the National Council of Teachers of English student affiliate have the opportunity to attend state and national education conferences, participate in professional development through biweekly meetings, author visits, and more, and become part of a supportive community of pre-service teachers at West Chester University.
