Provide a safe space for composers and performers of all experience levels to experiment with new ideas

Allow composers to have their music to be played by real musicians at no cost while in school at WCU

Provide performers with professional opportunities to market their work as performers and teachers

Develop composers that can conduct and rehearse their works efficiently, effectively, and personably

Composers are encouraged to workshop pieces that are in need of recording, experiment with personal style, require feedback from live performers, or are works in progress that would benefit from live musicianship.

Develop the organizational and social skills necessary to schedule, market, and plan live performances of new music
